How It Works

Step 1.

• Register and Apply For An Account
• You’ll be needing a Driver’s License, NBI Clearance, Vehicle Type and a Selfie Image.

Step 2.

• Once approved, you can now receive orders, you will receive orders depending on your distance from order location. (For ex. it will be better to be closest to the public market or stores to receive more frequent orders.)

Step 3.

• After you receive an order and accept it, make sure to confirm the orders to the Customer and let them know you are on your way to the shop and pickup the order for them.
  
• After collecting order from our shopper and confirming that products are correct, confirm that you received the order on your app and you will be shown customer’s dropoff location using Google Map and Live Tracking within the app. Confirm with customer that you are on your way to deliver by sending a message or calling to confirm order.
  

Step 4.

• After delivery, take a picture of delivery along the place/location where delivered. That’s it! Get ready to receive another order when you are ready.
• You can go online/offline within the app anytime to receive orders or go offline.
