SERVINGS: 3-4 People

Ingredients:
Half Kg of Liempo
1 pc Red Onion
2 pcs Tomatoes
1 pc Radish
1 bunch (tali) Sitaw
1 bunch (tali) Kangkong
1 pc Eggplant
1 packet Knorr Sampaloc Sinigang Mix
FREE 2 pcs Green Sili

Cooking Instructions:

1. In a pot, boil 6 cups of water. Add pork and simmer for 30-40 minutes, skimming off any foam or impurities.

2. Add onions and tomatoes. Cook until softened, about 10 minutes.

3. Stir in the sinigang mix, adjusting to your preferred level of sourness. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Add radish, string beans, eggplant, and green chilies. Simmer for another 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.

5. Toss in kangkong leaves. Turn off the heat and let it sit for a minute.

6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
